An US delegation led by Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken arrived in Hanoi on late July 27 to pay tribute to the late Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The delegation came to offer incense to the Party leader and express their sympathy to his bereaved in Hanoi right on the day.
