RAYONG: Art Kittisak Fufueng, the esteemed goalkeeper for Plak Daeng United in the Thai League 3, has tragically passed away after being struck by lightning.
According to Thai News Agency, Kittisak was being treated in the intensive care unit at Map Ta Phut Hospital in Rayong Province following the incident. The club confirmed his passing on their official Facebook page, expressing deep condolences. “Pluak Daeng United Club would like to express our condolences for the passing of Art-Kittisak Fufung, our important goalkeeper. Thank you for all your dedication. Thank you for sharing happiness and sadness with the Changsuk Kanong family throughout your playing career,” the post read.
