Party General Secretary and State President To Lam held a working session with the standing board of the Quang Tri provincial Party Committee on October 16 to review the implementation of the Resolutions of the provincial Party congresses at all levels, socio-economic development, national defence-security, Party and political system building. Later that afternoon, Lam and his delegation visited and presented gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded soldiers and families of policy beneficiaries.
