Tik Shiro and his wife came to ask for forgiveness and join the ceremony of pouring water on the corpse of a 28-year-old woman, along with bringing a wreath to express condolences.

The case of Mr. Sirisak Nanthasen or Tik Shiro, age 63, a famous singer, driving a van and hitting a motorcycle, causing Ms. Thianporn or Meji, age 28, to die and Mr. Jakkaphak or Junior, age 21, a second-year student, to fall from a 10-meter high bridge and be seriously injured in the middle of the bridge crossing Theparak Road, Sukhapiban 5 Road, Or Ngoen Subdistrict, Sai Mai District, Bangkok at 4:00 a.m. on October 10.

Today at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Woramahawihan, Hall 4, Anusawari Subdistrict, Bang Khen District, Bangkok, there was a water pouring ceremony and the first day of chanting. Parents, relatives, friends and acquaintances came to join the ceremony, filling the hall amidst the sadness.

As Tik Shiro traveled to the temple hall with his wife, he brought a wreath as a fan, decorated with flowers and wrote a sign with
the names “Tik Shiro and Phi Aor” to express his condolences. Immediately upon arrival, Tik Shiro entered the hall using the back door to go and line up to pour water on the corpse. Before pouring water on the corpse, Tik Shiro walked in to pay respect to the parents of the deceased, expressed his condolences, then knelt down to pay respect to the corpse and poured water on the corpse.

However, Tik Shiro did not give any interviews to the media, but he will join the first night of the chanting ceremony. Tik Shiro will preside over the chanting ceremony every day from October 12 and 14 (October 13 will be cancelled) and the cremation ceremony will be held on October 15 at 4:00 p.m. The family did not allow the media to enter the pavilion to take pictures.
