After receiving the draft policy statement, the committee organized the categories to determine which urgent policies needed to be discussed or which policies were not included. A meeting will be held to select the topics. Initially, about 30 people expressed their interest in the debate, but time must be a
llocated again. The representatives of the Palang Pracharath Party have not yet come to discuss the matter. No one has coordinated with them, so they may have to postpone it for now to discuss the conditions in the future. However, there are still small political parties that have sent private messages asking for a time quota, so time must be managed.
As for the Thai Sang Thai Party, Mr. Pakornwut said that in the voting, the direction is the same as the opposition party as before. Mr. Pakornwut said that if you observe carefully, the proportion of the cabinet’s time has increased from the time of the government of Mr. Settha Thavisin, which is the intention of all parties who want the cabinet to have time to explain fully. Personally, I do not expec
t the ministers to explain in any direction, but what I want is clarity. When asking questions, making observations or doubts, I want the answers to be clear and direct. Do not answer only the information that the civil servants have prepared or show clips or videos because it will not be beneficial to the parliament’s time. Therefore, I want to collect the questions of all MPs and Senators and answer them directly. I think that should be satisfactory.
Some people are concerned that it is using the original policy statement of the government of Mr. Settha, the Prime Minister did not write it himself. Mr. Pakornwut thinks that there has been a change, but it must be admitted that the coalition parties have not changed their appearance. Therefore, it is not surprising that the policies have not changed significantly because it is not a change in government. The policies are still the same, but there are differences that the opposition must note, such as some issues that have come up again, or some issues that
used to be there but have disappeared, or some issues that should be urgent but are not included in the urgent list, according to the current changing situation.
As for important future policies, there is no clear framework in the policy statement. Are you worried? The Prachachon Party has asked many times that some details may be at risk of violating some l
