The Red River Delta province of Thai Binh attracted nearly 3 billion USD of FDI capital in 2023, an unprecedented figure rising almost 4.4-fold from the previous year. With this result, it joined Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong city, Quang Ninh province, and Bac Giang province in the top five FDI destinations.
