This year, there are not many farmers who send Som Chuk to participate in the contest. There are only 29 farmers because Som Chuk is not fully ripe lately. It takes another 1-2 months around mid-July-August. so that the harvest can be harvested
Som Chuk Songkhla has been registered as a GI plant or as a geographical indication. Its name is Som Chuk Chana. Will accelerate to encourage farmers to request more GI symbols. The goal is to increase at least 50 more.
