SET revokes APEX, temporarily opens for trading from 9-18 Oct.

Miscellaneous

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has withdrawn APEX securities from being listed securities from 19 October 2024 onwards and will temporarily open for trading between 9 – 18 October 2024 by purchasing with a Cash Balance account.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand announced the delisting of securities of Apex Development Public Company Limited (APEX) from being a listed security because the company’s shareholders’ equity is less than zero and the company cannot take action to eliminate the cause of delisting within the period specified by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which is a cause of delisting under the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s regulations on the delisting of listed securities, B.E. 2542, Section 9 (6) (d) and Section 9 (15), respectively.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand will allow trading of APEX securities for 7 business days prior to the effective date of the delisting, i.e., between 9 and 18 October 2024, under the following criteria and conditions:

APEX securities are purchased with a Cash Balance
account, meaning the buyer must pay the full amount before purchasing the securities.

The NC mark will be placed throughout the trading period to warn investors to exercise caution when trading securities.

The maximum and minimum trading prices (Ceiling and Floor) of APEX securities are not specified on the first day of trading (October 9, 2024).

The Stock Exchange of Thailand will not include APEX securities in the calculation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index

. When the said period has expired, the Stock Exchange of Thailand will delist APEX securities from the list of securities, effective from October 19, 2024 onwards.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand would like shareholders and investors to exercise caution in trading securities by studying the company’s information in detail, such as financial status, operating results, auditor’s opinion, major shareholders, board of directors, past news, etc., as well as risks and other factors.
