The Superintendent of Kannayao Police Station revealed that police officers were sent to collect blood from ‘Tik Zero’ at the hospital after he claimed to have chest pains and could not blow into the area at the scene. As for the injured party, doctors said that the chance of survival was only 10%.

Mr. Jirawat, 56, father of Ms. Thianporn, 28, and Mr. Jakkraphan, 21, the two brothers who were hit by the famous singer ‘Tik Zero’ in a van and fell off a 10-meter high bridge, resulting in their deaths, while the younger brother was in critical condition, traveled to Khan Na Yao Police Station and revealed that his youngest son’s condition is still serious, with a fractured skull and a fractured neck bone. He is in a coma. The doctor said that he has a 10% chance of survival, and that he is currently coordinating a transfer to a hospital within his rights, as he has no money for treatment. Last night, ‘Tik’ came to ask for forgiveness and apologize, saying that he will take full responsibility. What he is most w
orried about right now is his son. As for the case, he will let the police handle it.

Pol. Col. Naren Kreungsanuk, Superintendent of Khan Na Yao Police Station, revealed that initially, Tik Zero was contacted to go to Phyathai Hospital for a physical examination because he was experiencing chest pain. He ordered the police to collect blood from the hospital to test his alcohol level. The doctor assessed that he should rest and the blood test results would be available in 3 days. If the doctor allows him to go home, he will be called in for questioning immediately.

For the incident that happened, it was reported that the incident happened on a bridge over an intersection. There were 3 siblings on motorcycles. One of them dropped a bottle on the bridge, so they told him to stop the car and get out to pick it up. Not long after, Tik Zero’s car drove up and hit him hard. Tik claimed that he didn’t see the motorcycle, so he didn’t brake. As for the reason why Tik wasn’t allowed to take a breathalyzer test at the
scene, Tik had chest pains and couldn’t do it, so he was told to go to the hospital for a checkup. Tik himself didn’t show any signs of fleeing.

For the charges, they cannot be reported at this time because they have to wait for the blood alcohol test results. If the test results show that there is alcohol in the blood, they will definitely press charges against Tik. However, if the results show that there is no alcohol in the blood, it is possible that they may press charges of joint negligence. In addition, the Superintendent of Khan Na Yao Police Station also said that Tik Zero’s relatives have prepared 100,000 baht for the funeral expenses of the deceased and will take care of the medical expenses and send the injured person to the hospital as requested by the relatives.
