Several victims were customers who purchased gold jewelry with free gifts via live streaming on social media, and claimed that the gold sold was 99.99% pure gold. However, upon receiving the goods, the gold did not match the advertisement and was also of poor quality, causing damage. Later, the Consumer Protection Police Division 1 investigators collected evidence and filed a request for an arrest warrant for the suspects, before being able to arrest them later.
