Sonthiya” urges the Prime Minister to remove “Nattawut” from the position of advisor to the Prime Minister because he was previously imprisoned and supported a 112 defendant. He pointed out that if he is not removed, he will file a complaint with the Attorney General because it is against ethics.

Sonthiya Sawasdee, former advisor to the House of Representatives’ Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Human Rights, has asked Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra to consider the removal of Nattawut Saikua, an advisor to the Prime Minister, within the next week because Nattawut had previously been imprisoned in a case involving a privy councilor’s house and had declared his support for the People’s leaders who were charged under Section 112, and two of them are currently fleeing the country.

Mr. Sonthiya reiterated that if the Prime Minister does not consider impeachment, he will proceed to file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General regarding the appointment of a person who is seriously unethi
cal and immoral as an advisor to the Prime Minister, to be forwarded to the Constitutional Court for further adjudication.
