Nonthaburi: The owner of a well-known restaurant in Pak Kret District is reaching out to the public to locate a customer who accidentally overpaid for their meal. The incident occurred at the restaurant’s Ratchaphruek Road branch, where a customer transferred 200,000 baht more than the intended payment for their meal.
According to Thai News Agency, the restaurant owner posted a picture of the receipt and a mobile phone message showing the transfer details. The post detailed the transaction, noting that the customer dined at the establishment on November 3, 2567, arriving at 7:10 p.m. and settling the bill at 7:50 p.m. The customer had ordered a variety of dishes, with a particular emphasis on meat items.
The restaurant’s social media message included a plea to locate the customer in order to resolve the overpayment issue. The management expressed concern over the misunderstanding and hopes to return the excess amount to the rightful owner. The restaurant has encouraged anyone who might have information abou
t the customer or the transaction to come forward and assist in rectifying the situation.
