Min Buri Police Station, Sai Mai Must Survive takes relatives of a 13-year-old boy who was killed by a senior who injected him with K to file a complaint with Min Buri Police Station to expedite legal action against the senior who caused the incident.

From the case on July 9, the Sai Mai Must Survive team, along with the victim’s family, brought the body of a 13-year-old youth who died from being injected with liquid ketamine by a senior student until he went into shock and died on July 7.

This morning, Mr. Ekkapop Lueangprasert, advisor to the Minister of Interior and founder of the Sai Mai Must Survive page, along with his team, took the father and relatives of the 13-year-old boy who died to Min Buri Metropolitan Police Station to file a complaint against the senior.

Ms. Patitta, 47 years old, the deceased’s aunt, stated that on July 6, 2014 at approximately 6:00 p.m., her nephew, Nong Tiger, told her that he went to eat moo kratha with friends and went out in the evening. When her nephew returned home,
he was groggy and exhausted, as if he had no energy, and fell asleep. In the morning, her 3-year-old nephew saw (the deceased) foaming at the mouth, so he called the adults in the house, and later learned that he had died.

At first, the family was still suspicious of the cause of death because the deceased was a football player, in good health, and should not have suddenly become ill. He was also a normal student. They admitted that the family did not know if he was involved with drugs or not. However, every time he returned home, he acted normally. He did not act like he was drunk or speak incoherently. Furthermore, this group of seniors only saw him superficially and did not know him personally.

The latest news from a TV program is that there was a senior who was with the younger brother on the day of the incident and the senior admitted on the program that he was the one who injected the syringe with acetamine into the body of Nong Tiger. The relatives are very saddened by what happened because throughou
t the time that they had talked to this senior, he claimed and confirmed to them that “I gave Nong only kratom water, no drugs” and after that they could not contact this senior again until yesterday during the program. In terms of the case, the relatives want the police to take action to the fullest extent because he may be the cause of the death of their grandson.

Meanwhile, Mr. Seksan, 49 years old, the father of the deceased, stated that he had only one son and his wife worked abroad. After the program ended, as the father, he talked to the senior. The senior apologized to him, and he tried to ask how he could cause his younger brother’s death like this. How could he let his younger brother use drugs? He confirmed that he would not forgive this senior and confirmed that he would prosecute the case to the fullest extent of the law.

Mr. Ekkapop Lueangprasert stated that yesterday, he and the family of the deceased went to join a program. During the program, he contacted and talked with the deceased’s seni
or, who confessed on the program that he was the one who injected drugs into his brother’s body. He admitted that he was very shocked after finding out because on the day the relatives came to ask for help, he saw that his brother had died and after looking at the autopsy results, he thought that it was unusual because the symptoms of death were foaming at the mouth. In addition, there were pictures on the deceased’s phone of a gun and a syringe in the senior’s room, so he suspected that his brother might have overdosed on drugs. Therefore, he took the body for an autopsy and waited for the medical results for almost a month until the truth came out that the senior confessed on the program. Therefore, he

quickly brought his family to file a complaint at Min Buri Police Station to urgently pursue and arrest this senior and prosecute him according to the law.

Mr. Ekkapop also stated that he would like to inform the people, including teenagers in the area, that at present there is an outbreak of this type of d
rug. Please be careful because it is a dangerous drug that cannot be accurately estimated in quantity. It may result in death. Please ask parents to take good care of their children who are at risk.

Pol. Col. Chanaworasin Supphaphanarak, deputy commander of Metropolitan Police Division 3, said that initially, today, they received information and will expedite the investigation. They will have to bring this person in for questioning. Initially, they are guilty of reckless action that resulted in the death of another person. As for the drug case, they will have to expand the investigation further.
