Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Hanoi on July 27. The US official has just come to Hanoi to pay tribute to Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, who passed away on July 19 at the age of 80.
