Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the opening ceremony of the 5th Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum in Ho Chi Minh City on September 25. The forum was held under the theme “Industrial transformation, a new driving force for sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City”.
