Prasert” insists he is not worried about “Thirayut”‘s petition to the Constitutional Court to dissolve the Pheu Thai Party – “Thaksin” overthrowing the government

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society Prasert Chantarawongthong gave an interview about the case where lawyer Thirayuth Suwannakasorn will submit a petition to the Constitutional Court to rule on the issue of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra and the Pheu Thai Party to stop their actions that lead to the overthrow of the democratic regime. He said that he did not know the details yet and had only seen them in the news.

When asked if the details would be the same as the dissolution of the Move Forward Party, Mr. Prasert reiterated that he did not know and asked to see the details first, which he did not want to assume was the case. However, he confirmed that he was not worried or concerned about anything.

As for whether or not a legal team will be set up to fight, Mr. Prasert said that he would like to see the is
sue first. However, the Pheu Thai Party already has a legal team to handle this matter. Initially, the Pheu Thai Party is not worried about anything.
