Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the first anniversary of Australia’s Southeast Asia Economic Strategy to 2040 in Vientiane, Laos, on October 11 as part of his trip for the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in the neighbouring country.
