Ms. B (pseudonym), 24 years old, the victim, said that she works as a nail teacher in the Bearing area. In August, an Indian man drove past where she worked. Then he drove back and said that he wanted to use her services, saying that he wanted to do his nails. But that day, she refused and said that the queue was full, but he kep
t pestering her until she agreed to accept the job. Then he asked for her number to contact and talk to her, and tried to contact her frequently, asking for personal information and trying to invite her to go out. After that, she tried talking and dating him.
Until September 11, he invited me out for dinner, so I agreed because we had been talking for about a month. On that day, we went drinking together at a hotel before we had an intimate relationship without a condom.
