In addition, other related persons were invited, which was the first invitation. Today, the invitations were made according to the residences of the related persons, for the sake of fairness for all parties.

Previously, the
company’s board of directors who received the first subpoena had informed them that they could not come to the meeting due to some complications. The Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office stated that fairness must be given to all parties. The accused wanted to clear things up with the consumers first, which could be done according to the law. However, they wanted to have a discussion, clarify the case, or provide more concrete legal remedies for the consumers. Today, they submitted another subpoena, ordering them to come to the meeting on October 4. Failure to comply with the subpoena will result in a maximum imprisonment of 1 month or a fine of no more than 20,000 baht. This is only a charge of disobeying an official’s subpoena. As for the sending of the subpoena, it is up to them whether they come to receive it themselves or send a representative to receive it. If they come to receive it themselves, they will have the opportunity to talk to the officials.
