In addition, the Rope and Rescue team climbed ropes through the rapids to help victims who were trapped in the Kong Kham Hotel.
In addition to the government and rescue volunteers, netizens are praising the owner of a PTT gas station in Ngao District, Lampang Province, for his generosity in giving free fuel to rescuers who went to help flood victims in Chiang Rai.
