Lawyer Tum” slams “Boss Paul” for being a big mouth after coming out to counter fake news about refunding victims. “Boss Paul” posts about setting up a compensation center for victims and providing information to the justice process.

In the case of Mr. Sittra Biabangkerd, or Lawyer Tum, Secretary-General of the People’s Lawyer Team Foundation, it was announced in the People’s Lawyer news group Line that Mr. Woratphon, or Boss Paul, had contacted to return money to all of Lawyer Tum’s victims, with some receiving 263,090 baht and others receiving 220,000 baht. Later, Boss Paul shared a link to the news post on his personal Facebook, arguing with Lawyer Tum that it was an accusation and spreading fake news, and confirming that he never knew Lawyer Tum.

Sittra recently revealed the issue over the phone, saying that after he went to file a complaint at the Consumer Protection Police Division yesterday morning, the company coordinated to refund the full amount to the group of victims. However, in the evening, t
he victims could not be contacted, as they had reported in the reporters’ LINE group. Then in the evening, it appeared that Boss Paul himself posted a denial that he would not pay in any case and said that he had never contacted him. I also never said that Boss Paul contacted me directly, but it was through the victims in the group.

If any of the victims come to wait for the refund from Boss Paul, I would like to inform you that you do not have to wait because the said business cannot continue. You can go and file a complaint at the local police station. Or if anyone wants to join the group of victims with me, I would be happy to do so at the Central Investigation Bureau on Tuesday, October 15 at 10:00 a.m.

“I want to tell Boss Paul not to be so talkative. Let’s wait and see what happens next. I guarantee it won’t end well,” said Lawyer Tum.

Recently, Mr. Woraratphon Woratworakul, or Boss Paul, posted on Facebook that

1. The company has now prepared evidence and is ready to provide information to the just
ice process to demonstrate the innocence of its business operations.

2. The company will set up a relief center for those affected by the business (not related to the outcome of the case in point 1) to provide humanitarian assistance and demonstrate social responsibility. In the meantime, the direction of the relief is being determined. The company will ask people whom society trusts to join in discussing the direction of the relief.
