Kuwait ready to expand cooperation, interested in health tourism – food

Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, paid an audience with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of the State of Kuwait.

The Crown Prince was delighted to meet the Prime Minister and expressed his good wishes to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, with whom Kuwait has had diplomatic relations for 61 years, and there are still opportunities and channels to expand cooperation. In addition, Kuwaiti tourists love Thailand and are interested in health tourism in the country. He also said that Kuwait needs skilled labor from Thailand to help develop the country.

The Prime Minister believes that cooperation between the two sides in the area of ??public health will be one of the factors that will lead to strong cooperation between the two sides. He also said that Thailand is ready to be a food stock for Kuwait to help Kuwait cope with food security challenges.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister invited Kuwaiti investors to invest in Th
ailand and hoped that both sides would have the opportunity to exchange high-level visits. The Kuwaiti side expressed its gratitude to Thailand for its role in creating cooperation among 35 Asian countries under ACD cooperation. As the Chair of ACD next year, the Prime Minister is ready to further strengthen this cooperation.
