Prits” keeps an eye on “Government Coalition Party Dinner” tonight, reveals there are 6 questions that society is waiting for clear answers to.

Mr. Parit Wacharasindhu, spokesman of the Prachachon Party, posted on Facebook about the case of the leaders and core members of the coalition parties meeting for dinner this evening, stating that the appointment was made amidst different stances and policy opinions between each party, which has become clearer in the past few weeks. After the Bhumjaithai Party voted differently from the Pheu Thai Party and other coalition parties on the draft amendment to the Referendum Act, which the senators sent back to the House on October 9, we have not seen any more voting in the House of Representatives. On several occasions, the chairman chose to close the meeting earlier than usual, which many people analyzed as being due to the government’s concern that it did not want to appear that the coalition parties voted unanimously. Such unanimity not only slowed down the House in
considering the agenda and many pending laws, but also made the fate of many government policies that the people value uncertain. He believes that the people expect clear answers from the government after the coalition parties’ dinner tonight on at least 6 issues.

Mr. Parit said that the people want to know whether the government will proceed with the #newconstitution by the Constituent Assembly before the next election as promised or not. Will any coalition party be assigned to discuss with the senators to support the important principles in the draft amendment to the Referendum Act of the House of Representatives or not? Will any coalition party be assigned to convince the Speaker of the House that the inclusion of the draft amendment to the constitution on the Constituent Assembly to reduce the number of referendums from 3 to 2 does not violate the Constitutional Court’s ruling.

Mr. Parit said that how will the government proceed with the #politicalamnesty? Will the Pheu Thai Party confirm that it will v
ote to approve the report of the committee chaired by the Pheu Thai MP? Because it is a report that only proposes various policy options without binding the Cabinet to choose one way or another. And when will the draft of the amnesty bill be proposed in the name of the Cabinet or the Pheu Thai Party? And what will be the content that lays out the guidelines for the amnesty for lese majeste cases? And how will the government proceed with the digital wallet policy in the second phase? If it proceeds, will the budget that has to be allocated encroach on the budget that the coalition parties want to use to push the projects of the ministries that each party is responsible for?

Mr. Parit said that the public still wants to know whether the government will be able to agree on whose draft law will be the main draft, especially the Rail Transport Act, which will have to be voted on next week. Will the government discuss the administration of justice in the Tak Bai case?

What proposals will the coalition parties bas
ed in the southern border provinces have for the prime minister to bring all defendants and suspects to court before the statute of limitations expires in another 5 days? Will the government be clearer about the policy approach that the two largest parties in the government have differed on, such as the cannabis policy and the integrated entertainment venue policy? Therefore, let’s wait and see what we will get from the coalition parties’ dinner tonight.
