Line A Chiang Mai University lost to Public Health 0-3 (Sakon Kongsap 10 minutes, Thaninrat Witthipayananon 26, 41 minutes)

Line F: Rajavithi Football Club meets Kasetsart at 8:00 p.m.

This will take the group champion and runner-up, a total of 12 teams, and the 4 best 3rd place teams into the round of 16 and compete until the winning team is selected.
