Line B, Chulalongkorn University lost to Makutkasat 2-3 (Chula’s goal scorer Wimon Furangsiroj, 52nd minute, Chatchawan Pongmorakot, 66th minute – Mkutkasat’s goal scorer, Somchai Thinthapthai, 5th minute, Kornpong Netruangroj Minutes 75, 77)
Sai C Thammasat lost on penalties to Samsen 0-2 after drawing in normal time 0-0 (Panya Panploy, Apikrit Saengrattanasit)
Line A Chiang Mai University lost to Public Health 0-3 (Sakon Kongsap 10 minutes, Thaninrat Witthipayananon 26, 41 minutes)

This will take the group champion and runner-up, a total of 12 teams, and the 4 best 3rd place teams into the round of 16 and compete until the winning team is selected.
