GH Bank rakes in 258 million baht in second-hand house auction revenue

Bangkok: GH Bank rakes in revenue from online auctions of second-hand houses, selling 198 items for a total of over 258 million baht.

The Government Housing Bank (GHB) revealed the results of the ‘GHB’S NPA Online Auction 2024’ event for August 2024, held nationwide via the GHB ALL HOME application on August 15, 2024. Due to the large number of interested people, the auction period had to be extended from 12:00 to 14:00. 198 second-hand houses were sold, worth 258 million baht, divided into 59 properties located in Bangkok and its vicinity, worth a total of 83 million baht, and 139 properties in the provinces, worth a total of 175 million baht. The lowest auction price of only 265,000 baht was a single-family home with an area of ??40 square wah in Kantharawichai District, Maha Sarakham Province.

For the highest-priced auctioned property, it was a single-family home with an area of ??50.3 square wah in Bang Kruai District, which was auctioned for 6,460,000 baht. Special! The auction winner, if the purchase
