Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha held phone talks with Russian counterpart Dmitry Nikolayevich Chernyshenko on October 22. The two officials are Chairmen of the two countries’ subcommittee of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Governmental Committee for Economic-Trade and Scientific-Technological Cooperation.
