The Thais also help collect lotus flowers and send them.

The entire boat route from Phra Pradaeng to Bang Phli is a fairly long distance to have fun. Each boat will sing, dance and make music along the route until it becomes familiar. Lotus flowers were sent to the model. If it is nearby, it will be sent hand-to-hand. If it is far away, it is thrown, hence the origin of the only “Receiving Lotus” or “Throwing Lotus” event in the world.
