Constitutional Court explains that Warner Music executives apologized to the judiciary.

The Constitutional Court announced that the executives of Warner Music have apologized to the judiciary for publishing edited images and inappropriate words that affected the Constitutional Court judges. The court will use the incident as a lesson and a reminder to prevent it from happening again.

The Constitutional Court issued a press release stating that representatives of Warner Music (Thailand) Co., Ltd. met with the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court to express regret and apologize to the Constitutional Court judges for publishing inappropriate images and messages. According to the news on August 10, 2024, the Facebook page of Warner Music Thailand, which is the official social media account of the company, posted a photo of the Constitutional Court judges that was edited and altered by using a green apple instead of the Constitutional Court judges, and accompanied by inappropriate words. Later, on August 11, the page issued a statement apologizing for presenting inappropriate content and de
leted the image and message.

The company has written a letter explaining the facts of the incident and expressing regret and apology on October 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Kal Nitat Kongkham, the authorized director of the company, along with relevant officials, met with Mr. Sutthirak Songwilai, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court and the executives of the office to express regret and apology to the Constitutional Court judges for the incident. The company stated that it will use the incident as a lesson and a reminder to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
