Mr. Chatcha Thaiset, Deputy Minister of Interior, revealed about the position in the Cabinet that it depends on the party. When asked about the qualifications to be a minister, Mr. Chatda asked in return where his qualifications were not ready. He did not have a case, even though he had one, but he had won everything. There had been an investigation. Everything was done according to politics. If it came, it had to go. It depended on the party to use it, what the leader would use it for, and it depended on the prime minister to consider.
As for the ethics that the Constitutional Co
urt considered to be a condition or not, Mr. Chatda stated that he had never violated ethics because ethics is an abstract concept. If we really interpret it, he himself does not know what it is. But he has never violated ethics.
When asked again whether the court had interpreted it and whether he was prepared, Mr. Chatda stated that he would not interfere with the court’s interpretation.
