Bangkok: BMTA has forwarded 6 bus routes to private operators instead. From 9 April 2024 onwards
Pol. Lt. Gen. Piya Tawichai, Chairman of the BMTA Corporate Communications and Public Relations Committee, informed that the BMTA will hand over 6 bus routes to the private sector to operate instead. From 9 April 2024 onwards, because Thai Smile Bus Company Limited (TSB) received a concession to operate bus lines 34 (1-2E), 34 (1-3), 39 (1-4), 39 (1 -5), 197 (1-52), 210 (2-27), 525 (1-58) and 526 (1-59) according to the resolution of the Central Land Transport Control Board. The company has gradually opened the bus service for this line.
