Chachoengsao, A woman’s body was found at a suspicious location, consistent with CCTV evidence in the case of a Chinese woman who was kidnapped for ransom and disappeared in Chachoengsao Province. The identity of the person is being investigated.

At approximately 11:50 a.m., the investigation team solving the case of a Chinese woman who was kidnapped for ransom and disappeared, along with forensic officers, inspected an area of ??overgrown grass beside the road at Wat Pha Tha It, Moo 2, Tambon Bang Phra, Amphoe Mueang, Chachoengsao Province. The investigation team mobilized forces with foundation officers and villagers to use lawn mowers to clear the area. At approximately 12:30 p.m., they found a suspicious black bag abandoned in a pile of garbage covered with trees, approximately 50 meters from the road. The black bag was covered with debris and tiles in a groove in the ground. Officers found the body of a woman inside, which was beginning to decompose.

f the Metropolitan Police Bureau, confirmed that from the coordination of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner with the Commander of Provincial Police Region 2 and the Commander of Chachoengsao Provincial Police, along with the Metropolitan Police Bureau team that investigated from CCTV footage at approximately 03.45 a.m., the suspect drove his car and parked at this location, opened the trunk of the car and walked away for approximately 30 minutes before walking back to the car. At the left side, the Commander of Division 3 found 2 black bags that were neatly sealed with plastic. In the black bags, soil and pieces of brick and other debris were found, so he wondered what happened and who left them there. From checking the CCTV footage, it was found that the suspect turned his car around and returned to this spot again, parked his car for approximately 20 minutes, so he coordinated with various relevant agencies to help search this area.

coordinated to bring a lawnmower to cut it. He found a black bag with maggots coming out. He searched inside and found a complete body with a head, torso, both arms, and both legs, but it was in a rotten state. The forensic officers will have to examine the body and send it to the Police General Hospital’s forensic department to verify the identity. The forensic division has already collected the father’s DNA and will compare it to confirm the identity again. As for special physical characteristics, they will question the relatives because they found a piece of silicone breast on the outside and another piece stuck to the body. The jaw was carved in a way that the jaw was tied, which is a sign of surgery. The teeth and body were also complete and the identity of the person could be verified. Today, a body was found, believed to be a woman, and an autopsy was requested. It is expected that the DNA test results will be available within 2 days.

Pol. Col. Noppasin said that they must first check whether the miss
ing person had undergone breast and jaw surgery. If the examination confirms that it is the same person as the missing person, an arrest warrant will be issued immediately. They must wait for the results of the autopsy from the doctor.

From the CCTV footage found at the scene, it is consistent. The remote camera footage shows that he is holding a black bag. Blood stains were found in the sink. All the blood found has been collected and examined by forensic officers. They will bring it to be examined and compared with the father’s DA, which has already been collected, to see if it matches or not.

Pol. Col. Noppasin said the body was decomposed but still had its shirt intact. As for the motive, the missing person definitely knew the suspect. They had arranged to meet and held hands. The motive is assumed to be 1. love affair, 2. property, because the deceased’s mobile phone and WeChat app were used to pay money, and 3. ransom.

Pol. Lt. Col. Noppasin confirmed that the government has preventive measures to screen people entering and leaving the country and can track their movements at all times. In addition, there is coordination with the country of origin that can look after the safety of people’s lives and property.
