Circumstances: On December 15, 2023, the fi
rst group of 8 suspects were relatives. They went to steal the electrical wires inside an abandoned factory in the area of ??Mueang Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom Province by removing the shutters of the building and then diving in and cutting the electrical wires inside the factory. Obtained wires weighing approximately 300 kilograms and loaded them into a pickup truck and fled the scene.

Later that same day, the first group of 8 suspects decided to travel to illegally cut electrical wires at the factory where the incident happened again. Then invited more people to come and cause a total of 18 people. Around 10:00 p.m., the accused group started the crime. The work was divided into 3 groups, resulting in approximately 1 ton of electrical wire. Total damage was more than 2 million baht.

?After the incident, investigators gathered evidence and requested approval for an arrest warrant for the suspect and 14 people (4 people are being identified). Previously, they were able to arrest 3 people, with the
remaining 11 people still on the loose. Later, on January 11, 2024, at approximately 11:45 a.m., investigations continued until it was discovered that Mr. Peerapat, the leader of Group 1, used a firearm to threaten security guards. He fled to the area of ??a house with no number, Village No. 7, Khlong Takrao Subdistrict, Tha Takiap District, Chachoengsao Province, so forces were brought to arrest him in that area. And found the car that Mr. Peerapat drove to cause the incident, so it was seized as additional evidence and taken to the investigating officer.
