Super Poll report pointed out several important pieces of information, especially expectations and satisfaction with the current and new governments. By seeking the opinions of citizens from all walks of life across the country and using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, we were able to obtain data that covered key issues. It was found that concerns about political conflicts, as high as 64.4 percent, reflected instability in the political sphere that could affect the country’s long-term stability. Confidence in the handling of these issues could affect confidence in the government and external investment.
The Super Poll report also stated that the achievements of past governments that were highly rated by the public, such as economic recovery with soft power and social organization of the Ministry of Interior, including the development of education with digital technology, reflect that the public wants to see reforms in many are
as that affect people’s daily lives. Analyzing these survey results can help the new government have information to formulate policies and programs that better meet the needs of the public and build long-term political confidence and stability.
For recommendations to the government of Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister and the coalition parties.
Strengthen economic stability: Since many people feel unhappy with the money in their pockets, the government should formulate and announce clear policies to increase people’s income and reduce their expenses, such as tax cuts or supporting production costs, and make soft power policies successful and continuously expand.
Increase transparency and inclusiveness To increase trust in the government and reduce political concerns, there should be channels for citizens to express their opinions and have free access to information about the government’s performance.
Promote innovation and skills development: The government should support education and skills de
velopment in various areas related to digital technology and AI to enable citizens to be competitive and prepare for the future labor market.
Managing political conflicts There needs to be a clear process for managing political conflicts, which may include promoting dialogue and peace through the participation of all sectors.
Implementing these recommendations will help create long-term stability for the Thai government and society, increase satisfaction and reduce anxiety among the people.
