The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) – Finance and Banking Magazine organized the SET Awards 2024. This year, 19 CEOs were nominated for the CEO Awards, 88 companies were nominated for the Business Excellence Award, and 39 companies were nominated for the Sustainability Excellence Award, reflecting outstanding business operations amid rapidly changing factors while emphasizing sustainability. The results and award presentation will be announced on 30 October.
Mr. Asadej Kongsiri, Director and Managing Director of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, revealed that the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Finance and Banking Magazine are organizing the SET Awards 2024 to honor listed companies, securities companies, fund management companies, financial advisory companies, real estate investment trusts, and CEOs of listed companies that have excelled in various aspects. The awards are divided into 2 award groups: the Business Excellence Award and the Sustainability Excellence Award

ent awards to companies that stand out in both business potential and sustainability, particularly in terms of conducting business amidst the challenges of today’s rapidly changing factors, towards becoming a role model organization for various business sectors in developing organizational quality, creating innovation, and creating good performance. Along with operating with responsibility towards stakeholders taking into account the environment, society and corporate governance, leading to sustainable growth. The SET Awards is one of the activities that the Stock Exchange of Thailand has continuously organized. This year is also an opportunity for the Stock Exchange of Thailand to enter its 50th year, aiming to create the future for opportunities for everyone. For this year’s SET Awards, 19 CEOs are competing for the CEO Awards, while 88 companies have been selected and nominated for the Business Excellence Award and 39 companies are nominated for the Sustainability Excellence Award,” said Mr. Asadet.

anti Viriyarungsarit, Editor-in-Chief of Banking and Finance Journal, co-founder of the SET Awards and one of the distinguished committee members, said about the SET Awards that the number of companies applying for various awards has increased every year, reflecting the importance of the SET Awards that have been recognized by all sectors in the capital market. He believes that the SET Awards will be an important motivation for companies to develop business excellence alongside sustainability development, in order to become a model organization for the Thai capital market.
The panel of experts in judging the SET Awards 2024 includes Mr. Chaiwat Wibulsawasdi, Mr. Seri Chintanaseree, Mr. Santi Wiriyarungsarit, Mr. Yut Worachatthar, Ms. Phatariya Benjapolchai, Mr. Thiranan Srihong, Mr. Atsadet Kongsiri, Mr. Soraphol Tulyasathian, and the secretary of the panel, Mr. Amnuay Chiramahaphoka.

ss operations, internal management, and continuous internal innovation, as well as outstanding financial transactions in the capital market, consisting of 8 awards: 1) Best CEO Awards and Young Rising Star CEO Awards, 2) Best Company Performance Awards, 3) Best REIT Performance Awards, 4) Deal of the Year Awards, 5) Best Investor Relations Awards, 6) Best Innovative Company Awards, 7) Best Securities Company Awards, 8) Best Asset Management Company Awards, and the Sustainability Excellence award for companies that aim to grow their businesses sustainably with consideration for the environment, society and corporate governance (ESG), consisting of 2 awards: 1) Sustainability Awards and 2) Supply Chain Management Awards.
