‘Samart’ chases ‘Det Phi’ back to playing Likay.

‘Sama-art’ tells ‘Det Phi’ to go back to playing Likay, saying he is worried that he might be at risk of violating the Computer Crime Act and end up in jail for many more years. He also slams the NACC for not asking the public who are suspicious about the CCTV cameras on the 14th floor.

Mr. Samart Jenchaijitwanich, deputy spokesman of the Palang Pracharath Party, spoke about the case of Mr. Prompong Noppharit, former spokesman of the Pheu Thai Party (PTP), who traveled to submit documents and evidence to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to investigate and prosecute Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan, former deputy prime minister in his capacity as leader of the Palang Pracharath Party, saying that he was worried about Mr. Prompong because he felt sorry for him. He thought that since he was already going to the NACC, why didn’t he go ask about the 14th floor of the Police General Hospital, which the Human Rights Commission resolved to send to the NACC, where Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra had more privileges than o
ther prisoners, and the NACC sent a letter of inquiry to the Police General Hospital.

Mr. Samart continued that he was confused as to why Mr. Prompong had gone to the NACC and not asked about this matter for the people because when government agencies, such as the NHRC, asked how far the NACC had progressed, why didn’t Mr. Prompong ask about it so that he wouldn’t have to waste money on transportation to go around many times? He was also surprised that the people all over the country were curious and interested but didn’t do anything, but instead took false information to file a complaint with the NACC. Don’t forget that the Computer Crime Act doesn’t require a victim; anyone can file a complaint. So he was afraid that Mr. Prompong would put false information into the computer system.

‘Mr. Prompong’s complaint should be careful that it will be a false complaint, harassing others to receive criminal punishment. It is an offense, including defamation in advertising and entering false information into a comput
er system. And even more, going to the NACC, EC, and AMLO, it is multiple offenses. This is different offenses, different terms. If we count the prison sentences one by one, I am worried that there will not be enough fingers to count how many years he will serve. This time, it will not be like the case of contempt of the Constitutional Court, where he will only be imprisoned for a few months. So I am worried about you, and I would like you to do something that will benefit the people, such as asking for CCTV footage on the 14th floor because the people are suspicious that VIP 1 has never been there even a single day. Please help prove the truth to the people. I would like you, if you do not dare to investigate the VIP on the 14th floor, to go back to playing likay like before, it would be better,’ said Mr. Samart.
