She also said that he was a village health volunteer at Tad Thong Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital. At 12:30 p.m. on June 3, 2024, Udon Thani Province, she was driving a pickup truck on Sri That – Kumphawapi Road, heading to do business in Kumphawapi District, which is a 2-lane road. When she arrived at Ban Tad Thong, she noticed a bronze-gold sedan with an unknown make and license plate on the side of the road. Then, there was a pickup truck with a Bangkok license plate, an unknown number and letter, driving slowly in front of her. She decided to overtake the pickup truck and go far away. The pickup truck sped up and hit the left rear wheel arch and honked at it. At that time, she was very scared, so she drove to ask for help at the police booth on the side of the road, but when she
arrived, she did not see any police officers. She drove towards the health center, but the pickup truck followed her and turned on its headlights, signaling for her to stop. A sedan overtook me on the right, honked, and pulled over to another car, pointing at me to pull over on the side of the road. The culprit got out of the car, threatened me and made me get out of the car, and threatened me to pay 10,000 baht in damages. I told him I didn’t have any cash and that I would call my husband to bring him the money, but the culprit said no, it was a waste of time. The culprit said to take however much he had, so I transferred 4,000 baht. After transferring the money to a Siam Commercial Bank account under the name of Mr. Sayan, the culprit drove away.
