The National Anti-Corruption Commission has disclosed the asset and debt accounts of two politicians after they left their ministerial positions in the Setthakit 1 government. Mr. Panprith Bahitranukon left his position as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Chairman of the Sports Authority of Thailand on April 27, 2024. Mr. Panprith and his spouse, Mrs. Pawinee, reported total assets of 267,167,538 baht and total debts of 233,935 baht, divided into Mr. Panprith’s assets of 37,972,522 baht, consisting of 900,000 baht in cash, 18,296,278 baht in 10 deposit accounts, 3.1 million baht in vehicles, 2,288,244 baht in rights and concessions, 13,388,000 baht in other assets, and 150,890 baht in overdraft debts.

ion, he reported an annual income from a total salary of 44,760 baht, with regular expenses of wages, utility expenses, and life insurance premiums totaling 1.24 million baht.

As for Ms. Pawina, she has total assets of 229,195,015 baht, divided into 900,000 baht in cash, 5,201,514 baht in 8 deposit accounts, 8,868,896 baht in investments, 150,234,000 baht in 7 plots of land in Samsen and Bang Khen districts of Bangkok, including 1 plot of land with an area of ??2 rai 54 square wah worth 85.4 million baht. She reported that she had just received the transfer of land with buildings, a house in Soi Phahon Yothin 5, Bangkok, from her mother, Ms. Wani Choonhavan, on March 13, 2024, 28 million baht in buildings and structures, a total of 4 two-story houses in Bangkok, with 1 house received on March 13, 2024, valued at 15 million baht, vehicles worth 1.15 million baht, rights and concessions worth 4,770,604 baht. Other assets 30,070,000 baht and debts as overdraft 83,045 baht

For interesting assets, Mr. Panprie reported that 25 items were Buddha images, such as a Buddha image with a Naga covering from the Angkor Wat period, 1 piece worth 5 million baht, a golden-headed Emerald Buddha image, 1 piece worth 2 million baht, a Chiang Saen Buddha image, Singha 1, 2 pieces worth 1 million baht, 2 Patek Philippe wristwatches worth 13 million baht, and a Daniel Roth watch worth 500,000 baht.

Mr. Panprie declared his assets and liabilities when he assumed the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs on September 5, 2013, stating that he had total assets of 161,757,669 baht and total debts of 375,058 baht.

Mr. Kritsada Jinavicharana left his position as Deputy Minister of Finance on May 8, 2024, reporting his divorce status. He has total assets of 81,135,639 baht, divided into 3 deposit accounts worth 13,520,550 baht, investments in open funds
and bonds worth 60,745,088 baht, 1 plot of land in Phrae Province worth 2 million baht, a house and building in the form of a condominium in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province worth 1.69 million baht, and a Volkswagen vehicle worth 3.18 million baht. He has no debts.

and reported having an annual income of 18,377,422 baht, divided into salary of 1,938,558 baht, position allowance of 168,000 baht, position compensation of 168,000 baht, position car compensation of 328,000 baht, meeting allowance of 12,211,570 baht, GPF savings of 3,563,293 baht, and annual expenses totaling 1,517,288 baht.

Mr. Kritsada was previously the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance before assuming the position of Deputy Minister of Finance. He declared his assets and liabilities when he took office in the 1st Economic Government on 5 September 2013, stating that he had total assets of 73,458,483 baht and liabilities of 79,064 baht.
