GH Bank responds to government and Ministry of Finance policies by purchasing more than 16 tons of mangosteens and longans to help farmers increase their income.

The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has responded to the government and Ministry of Finance’s policies by purchasing over 16 tons of mangosteens and longans to help farmers increase their income from the large amount of produce that has hit the market during July-August 2024. All branch employees nationwide have joined hands to support farmers during the period of surplus produce.

Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, President of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that GHB is ready to support the government policies of Prime Minister Settha Thavisin and Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Pichai Chunhavajira to help farmers increase their income, especially during the period when agricultural products are in large quantities on the market. GHB has purchased more than 16 tons (16,000 kilograms) of mangosteen and longan from mangosteen and longan fa
rmers. Employees from all branches nationwide have joined hands to support farmers during the period when the market is oversupplied.
