Mr. Settha Thavisin, Prime Minister, met with Mr. Andrea Gesi, Director and Member of the Board of Management of Ducati Motor Holding, Ducati Motor Holding SpA.
Ducati Motor Company is an Italian motorcycle manufacturer with 10 operations in every region. In ASEAN, it is in Thailand. The company has just officially opened a new factory in Rayong Province. as of April 2024 and Thailand is considered the main center for the production of Ducati motorcycles and transmission systems. (Ducati’s only overseas factory)
The Prime Minister invites Ducati Company to consider expanding investment in producing high-performance electric motorcycles in Thailand. To use as a production base for export. Thailand is well-equipped in terms of location being the center of the region. Infrastructure systems that the government gives
importance to Convenient transportation and logistics systems, including trade agreements with many countries.
