Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh participated in various activities during his State visit to India on August 1. He visited Raj Ghat, a memorial complex in New Delhi and laid a wreath in memory of Mahatma Gandhi. In the afternoon, he delivered a speech on Vietnam’s policy at the Indian council of World Affairs.
