He admitted that if the conditions are relaxed too much, there will be a problem of granting or transferring the right to others to use digital money to buy products instead in large quantities. Therefore, it must be considered carefully.
For spending by people in the community, they must purchase goods at small shops, small convenience stores in the community according to their household registration, within the radius of the district, including 7-Eleven, Lotus, Mini Big
