Aug. 28 – MEA enhances teachers and students’ potential development for energy and environmental conservation under the Energy Mind Award Season 2 project of 2023.
Mrs. Nipa Thammabowon, Assistant Governor MEA or Metropolitan Electricity Authority As an expert in the Energy Mind Award project, honored to participate in the activities to develop students’ potential (4th generation) for energy and environmental conservation. The Energy Mind Award Season 2 project for the year 2023 to create green youth students from participating schools. This year’s project totaling 55 schools participating in the project. will receive training to educate about energy and environmental conservation Proper and systematic implementation of energy conservation Planning and preparation of energy conservation in educational institutions. Through various learning activities such as the Get to Know Me, Get to Know You activity, hiking activities to study nature, Buddy Darling activity, and when the world runs out of energy. Activities to learn about electricity production at Srinakarin Dam. Walk Rally activities to open the world of energy. Activities for learning about energy and environmental conservation in schools Activities to fill up the energy Energy conservation youth leader morning bird-watching binoculars activities; Green Youth role activities in school energy conservation activities; and practice activities on energy and environment surveys in schools. To raise the level to be a model school for energy and environmental conservation, in 2023, a total of 220 students participated in the activities, with the 4th generation of training organized between 25-27 August 2023 at Sun Center, Kanchanaburi Province.
