The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has revised the criteria for disclosing names of securities holders. To provide investors with more complete information to make investment decisions. Previously requiring listed companies to disclose the names of major securities holders or the first 10 securities holders, to requiring listed companies to disclose the names of securities holders with securities holding proportions of more than 0.5% of paid-up capital. but not less than 10 cases

This applies to listed companies. Investment Trust Infrastructure Fund and real estate mutual funds It will come into effect from February 19, 2024 onwards.
