The House of Representatives, 20 September-“Chusak” prepares to file an amendment Political Parties Act Amendment to the conditions for party membership Ward off “Thaksin” and submit to amend the power. The NCPO has clearly set the time for the hearing.

Mr. Chusak Sirinil Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office as the Deputy Leader of the Party for Thailand for Legal Affairs said that he was preparing to submit amendments to the Constitutional Amendment Act. Regarding Political Parties B.E. 2560 (2017), the bill will be submitted to the National Assembly and considered in the National Assembly. For example, the amendment to the membership of a political party because it originally used the qualifications of the candidate for the SSP. Therefore, many people cannot become party members, thinking that the right to freedom of party membership should be open to everyone.

When asked if this amendment allows Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, the former Prime Minister, to become a member of the Party for Thailand. Mr. Chusa
k said that he does not refer to anyone or anyone, he thinks that the right to freedom of party membership should be open, it is the right to freedom of all Thai people. There should not be many restrictions, no need to say who it means. We have done these things in the past, but the MPs in it do not agree.

Mr. Chusak continued, “We will look at the solution to the dissolution of the party and the domination of the party, how to limit it appropriately. Regarding the dissolution of the party, we will focus on the overthrow of the government. As for other matters, the party will not be dissolved. As for the dominance, they will adjust how to tighten it up. Not everything is overwhelmed.

Mr. Chusak expressed his concern that this amendment to the law will solve for himself, saying that he would like to reiterate that we make the law to provide fair enough. Let me put it simply, people who are sentenced to wait for sentencing cannot be party members. Along with asking the media if it is fair. If you ask yoursel
f a question like this, you can ask all the questions.

Mr. Chusak also said that he had submitted amendments to the Act. The Constitution on the Corruption Prevention and Suppression Commission (NCPC) will be amended on some issues. The first case is that there are some types of offenses that the NCPO ordered are unfounded or the Attorney General orders not to prosecute, giving the victim the right to sue himself. In order to protect the rights of the victims, which had been filed, but in the end, some objections were brought back and resolved, and now they will be amended along with other matters, such as the committee’s power to sue itself. We see that in the case where the NCC has an order that there is a basis or a lawsuit. However, the Attorney General ordered not to prosecute. They set up a joint committee and said that they would not sue. If this is the case, we see that the NCPO can investigate and sue on its own, making it contrary to the principle of power beams.

Some other cases have happened a l
ong time ago. There should be a deadline for receiving the matter to clarify. He also emphasized that there should be a time limit for the investigation as to when it should start and when it will be completed, not a continuous examination of 10-20 years. Political parties and the NCPO is expected to file it at the same time next week.
