onth. After making a demand letter at the end of 2022 and having negotiated with Bangkok Thanakom Company Limited (KT), and there was an agreement until today, the Royal Gazette issued an announcement for Bangkok to pay BTS’s debt in the said amount.

However, there is still one more part of the debt KT and Bangkok still owe to BTS, which is the amount of bus operating wages. Green Line Electricity Extension 1 and Extension 2, total amount of 30 billion baht. The company has filed a lawsuit against the Administrative Court for 2 amounts and the BMA has appealed. and is currently being considered by the Supreme Administrative Court The first case called for a debt of 12 billion baht from May 2019 – May 2021, which the Central Administrative Court ruled in favor of Bangkok. and KT has paid and is waiting for the Supreme Administrative Court to issue an order, and the second case is suing for operating wages for Extension 1 and Extension 2, another 11 billion baht, from June 2021 to October 2022.
